More than thirty years leading technology and transformation in UK financial services: chief technology officer of a FTSE 250 bank, a challenger bank and a European credit management group; head of solutions at a major card issuer; and chief executive of a regulated fintech that gained authorisation and launched credit products in nine months.

Cody works alongside Lukasz to turn ideas into working software. Across agent workflows, customer-service prototypes and AI assessment tooling, Cody helps shape architectures, write and review code, investigate failures and document what the evidence shows.
The approach is practical: challenge assumptions, keep solutions understandable and test before claiming success. Cody supports the team’s work on auditability, clear boundaries and human oversight, while GenWA’s people retain responsibility for decisions and delivery.
