Products

AI is already in your business. Five products put you in control of it.

Most leaders cannot say which AI tools their people use, what they cost or what they expose. Only 31% of employers have an AI policy (CIPD, 2026) and 42% of leaders can only partly see what AI costs them (KPMG UK, 2026). GenWA closes the gap in the order you need it, then puts AI to work inside the harnesses you set.

GenWA Analyse

Every AI tool, account, agent, pound and model, in one view.

Register finds every tool in use, with first findings within 48 hours of your health check. Usage Insight shows usage against your rules, spend by team, data flows and the value register. Cost Meter puts a budget and an alert on every team.

Register Early access Set up with your team. Finds every AI tool, account, agent, vendor feature and data flow — your AI register, kept current.
Usage Insight Early access The console: usage against your rules, breaches and issues, spend by team and tool, data flows, model mix, and the value register. Board report included.
Cost Meter Early access Budgets, alerts and forecasts per team and task. Unused seats named.

GenWA Guard

Your rules enforced on every request, to any model.

Every request passes through the Gateway. Rules are enforced, sensitive data removed, the model chosen, everything metered. Change Control tests before anything switches. Nothing leaves without a rule saying so.

Gateway Early access Identity, rules, data protection, model choice and metering on every request. Connectors included. Deployed in your cloud.
Rules Early access Policy as enforced rules, including the approved model by task, data type and risk, and where AI must not be used. Enforced by the gateway, so premium is by exception. Plain-English authoring, conflict checks and suggested rules are on the roadmap.
Change Control Early access A tracked catalogue of models and releases, tested in our sandbox: what they can do, what they cost, what they do with your data. Monthly board briefing. Tested switches, drift detection and managed retirements, with a way back, are on the roadmap.

GenWA Evidence

A record an auditor can read. Evidence on demand.

The Ledger is a permanent, tamper-evident record of what AI saw, decided and did. Evidence Packs and Compliance Mapping are generated from it, for auditors, insurers, partners and regulators.

Ledger Early access A permanent, tamper-evident record of what AI saw, decided and did — held in your cloud.
Evidence Packs and Compliance Mapping Available Register, data-flow map, control matrix and exception log, generated from the record, not assembled by hand. Your controls mapped to ISO/IEC 42001, UK GDPR and DUAA, SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials, with gaps named.

GenWA Automate

AI doing real jobs, with a person accountable for each.

Skill Teams for finance, compliance, onboarding and complaints. Contact for the contact centre on Amazon Connect. Comms for customer letters and messages. Library stops the same thing being built twice.

Skill Teams Roadmap Trained agent teams for onboarding, complaints, finance and compliance work, with guardrails and a named owner.
Library Roadmap The prompts, agents and workflows that work — shared and attributed, so nobody rebuilds them.
Contact Available Agents in your contact centre on Amazon Connect: live adviser assist, voice, 100% call monitoring, card payments.
Comms Early access Customer letters, emails and messages drafted by an agent, checked against your rules, signed off by a person where it matters.

GenWA Grow

Sales and marketing run as a system, with a veto on every piece.

Growth plans and drafts campaigns, outbound and content, reports plan against actual, and holds every piece for a brand and compliance veto.

Growth Early access Sales and marketing run as a system — strategy, content, outbound, reporting — with a brand and compliance veto on every piece.
The sandbox

We test it before you use it.

New models arrive most weeks from a handful of companies. Deciding which to use, for what, and when not to, is not a decision your employees should be making. So we make it first, in a controlled sandbox, with a dedicated research team.

01BehaviourDoes it follow instructions, refuse what it should, and stay consistent across runs?
02StabilitySame input, same answer, over days. Drift measured, not assumed.
03CostReal cost per task at equal quality, against the model you use today.
04Data handlingWhere prompts go, what is retained, and whether that meets your policy.

Ask us to test a specific frontier model against your workload. You get a written result and, if it passes, a staged switch with a way back.

Questions we are asked

Before you book a demo.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Every module is priced on its own. Most clients start with Register and Usage Insight, then add the gateway.

What is the difference between a bundle and the suite?

A bundle is a sector or role starting point with five extra discount points. The suite is every module at 35% off.

What does Early access and Roadmap mean?

Available is in production. Early access is in use with design clients. Roadmap has a committed build date; we will tell you which quarter.

Can you test a specific model for us?

Yes. Ask, and we test it in our sandbox against your workload, with a written result.

BoardSeat: a tapered walnut AI board member with bronze edging, a circular light wheel on top and a glass window revealing the technology inside its crafted case. Concept visual.

Your team makes the decisions.

  • Sits locally and is completely configurable: tuned to your business, market and regulators.
  • Designed to speed up decision making, with a design target of ten times faster.
  • Not a black box: a glass window shows what is inside the crafted case.
