The GenWA Incubator

We build and run the AI team. You run the business.

Open to any qualifying business: a function, a team or a whole operating unit, run agent-first behind the gateway with a small human core, live in twelve weeks. You pay per outcome delivered, with a cap you set. If you would rather trade equity for senior time and platform access, see the Accelerator.

Open to any qualifying business · twelve weeks from definition to live · outcomes verified weekly from week seven

Gartner, 202540%

of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027. Ours are checked weekly from week seven and stopped within a month if they are not working.

Cloud Security Alliance, 202653%

of organisations have had agents exceed their intended permissions. Every incubated agent has its own identity, a spend cap and a defined scope.

MIT NANDA, 20255%

of internally built AI tools ever reach production. Ours run on a gateway, ledger and evidence packs already live, metering real client spend.

DSIT, 202634%

of UK AI adopters already report a cost reduction from AI. Inside the incubator that saving is priced and paid for outcome by outcome.

How it works

Twelve weeks. Four stages. One record throughout.

Your business Owners · sign-off · data · systems Gateway the incubator · agents scoped, budgeted, logged Graduation Our cloud · your cloud · your team outcomes signed off work delivered when it holds
Weeks 1–2DefineThe jobs, the owners, the rules and the outcome definitions. What the function does, with which data, with what human check, and what counts as done. Written with the people who will own it.
Weeks 3–6BuildAgents built and trained on your sector’s regulations, your roles and your ways of working, then tested in the sandbox against your data before anything goes live.
Weeks 7–12RunLive inside the incubator: behind the gateway, within budgets and scope, every action logged, every outcome verified and signed off by its owner. You pay per outcome delivered.
Month 4 onGraduateKeep it running in our cloud, move it to yours, or hand it to your team under Change Control. The record, the rules and the agents come with it. Nothing is locked in.
Controlled means

Everything the platform gives you, applied to an organisation we run.

Behind the gateway

Every request the incubated organisation makes passes through the same control layer as the rest of your business: identity, rules, data protection, model choice, metering, record.

Scoped and budgeted

Each agent has its own identity, scoped credentials, a spend cap and a scope of action. Destructive or customer-facing actions are held for a named human. There is a kill-switch.

Sandboxed

New models, new agents and changes to either are tested against your data in the sandbox before they touch production. A model change is a governed event with a test and a record.

Evidenced

The ledger records every request, decision and outcome. Evidence packs map it to UK GDPR, the DUAA safeguards, the ICO code and ISO/IEC 42001. What you would show a regulator already exists.

Owned by you

A named person in your business owns every workflow and signs off every outcome. Our people run the agents; your people run the business. The IP, the prompts and the record are yours.

Paid for outcomes

A set-up fee, a platform fee for the control layer, then a price per verified outcome with a monthly cap you set. Token cost sits with us, which is why we route it down.

Graduation

It is yours. Take it when it holds.

The point of an incubator is that things leave it. When the function has delivered its outcomes for a quarter, it can stay in our cloud under Managed Operations, move to your cloud on the platform, or hand over to your team with the agents, the rules, the prompts and the full record. There is no lock-in, because the control layer is the same in every case — for the Incubator and the Accelerator alike.

Who can join

What we look for in an Incubator client.

The Incubator is open to any qualifying business. These are the criteria. If you would rather trade equity for senior time and platform access, see the Accelerator.

  1. You have completed the AI health check.
  2. A named person in your business will own each workflow and sign off each outcome.
  3. You can define the function and the outcomes it is measured on.
  4. Your board or owner has given a mandate to pilot AI.
  5. The work is not a decision on credit, hiring or medical matters, which are not permitted for AI by default.
  6. Your data can be reached through the gateway, in your cloud or ours.
  7. You accept the fee structure and set a monthly cap.
  8. Operations are in the UK, where our regulation mapping applies.

Draft criteria, to be confirmed before launch.

Questions we are asked

About the Incubator.

How is this different from buying the products?

With the products, you run the agents. In the incubator, we do. It suits businesses that want the outcome of an agent-first function without building the capability first, or that want to see one work before committing their own people to it.

How is it different from outsourcing?

An outsourcer runs your process with their people and their tools, and you see a report. The incubator runs it with agents inside a control layer you can see into: every request, every decision, every pound, live. And it is yours to take back.

What do you need from us?

An owner for the function, access to the systems it touches, the data it works on, and a decision-maker who can sign off outcomes weekly. Typically two to four hours a week of your people’s time during Build, less during Run.

Where does it run?

In our UK cloud by default, with the same DPA, residency and no-training terms as the platform. It can run in your cloud if your security policy requires it, and we agree the set-up with you.

What does it cost?

A fixed set-up fee by scope, the platform fee for the control layer, and a published price per verified outcome with a cap you set. Nothing for held, blocked or reversed outcomes. See the pricing page for how this sits alongside the platform ranges.

Can it fail?

Yes, and you would know within the first month rather than after a year. Outcomes are verified weekly against the definitions agreed in Define. If the function is not delivering, we stop, and you have paid for the set-up and what was delivered.
