The GenWA Accelerator

We invest in you. You pay in equity.

Ten places a year, by application. Founder-led businesses trade equity, on a sliding scale, for senior AI leadership time, advisory and access to the GenWA platform, instead of paying a fee.

Accelerator or Incubator?

One is a service you buy. The other is an investment we make.

The Incubator

We build and run an agent-first function, team or unit for you. You pay in cash, for outcomes. Open to any qualifying business, after an AI health check.

The Accelerator

We put senior leadership time, advisory and the platform behind your business. You pay in equity. Ten places a year, by application.

This year's offer
£2,000,000

of senior AI leadership time, advisory and platform access, put behind the ten businesses that join the Accelerator this year, in exchange for equity, not a cash fee.

Illustrative. The actual resource and product mix for any one business is agreed deal by deal.

Who can join

What we look for in the Accelerator, and in the Incubator.

Both start with the same control standards: a named owner for every workflow and every agent behind the gateway.

To join the Accelerator

  1. You apply, and we assess fit and stage.
  2. You accept paying in equity on a sliding scale, with terms agreed deal by deal.
  3. Same control standards as the Incubator: a named owner and every agent behind the gateway.
  4. A stage we can define, for example a product or paying customers and at least two founders.
  5. A founder who commits regular time to the programme.
  6. A cap table that can issue the equity, and no conflict with an existing GenWA client.
  7. AI is central to your plan, and our resource would change what you can do.
  8. You pass our standard checks on the company and its founders.

To join the Incubator

  1. You have completed the AI health check.
  2. A named person in your business will own each workflow and sign off each outcome.
  3. You can define the function and the outcomes it is measured on.
  4. Your board or owner has given a mandate to pilot AI.
  5. The work is not a decision on credit, hiring or medical matters, which are not permitted for AI by default.
  6. Your data can be reached through the gateway, in your cloud or ours.
  7. You accept the fee structure and set a monthly cap.
  8. Operations are in the UK, where our regulation mapping applies.

Draft criteria, to be confirmed before launch.

Questions we are asked

About the Accelerator.

How is this different from the Incubator?

The Incubator is a service: we build and run a function for you and you pay in cash for verified outcomes. The Accelerator is an investment: we commit senior time, advisory and platform access, and you pay in equity. The control layer is the same in both.

Do we keep the IP?

Yes. The IP, the prompts and the record are yours. GenWA holds the agreed stake.

Is there any lock-in?

No. The control layer is the same as the Incubator's, so what is built can stay in our cloud, move to yours or be handed to your team.

Are the equity figures an offer?

No. They are illustrative. Terms depend on stage, sector, risk and the resources committed, and are agreed deal by deal with a term sheet before anything is signed.
